Odessa ports are working at 25−30% of their capacities

As a result of the actions of the state-terrorist deliberately delaying the full implementation of the «grain initiative», the Ukrainian ports in recent days only on 25−30% of their capacities. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of infrastructure.
